Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by QD Quality Driving.

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once accepted by QD Quality Driving in writing (by email or other written confirmation). The agreed service includes the details confirmed at the time of booking, such as date, time, locations, service type and vehicle or driver arrangement.

QD Quality Driving performs its services with due care, professionalism and in accordance with applicable Dutch laws and regulations. While punctuality is a key priority, QD Quality Driving cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including traffic conditions, accidents, weather conditions, road closures or force majeure.

Changes or cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Depending on the timing and nature of the service, cancellation fees may apply.

Liability of QD Quality Driving is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant service, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
